Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloak Trade ("Cloak", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, app, private relay, swap, rewards, referral, and related services.

Information we collect

  • Wallet addresses and public on-chain activity connected to your use of Cloak.
  • Trade intent metadata needed to quote, route, execute, settle, and display swaps.
  • Account preferences such as display name, default mode, notification preferences, and network selection.
  • Referral, invite, points, leaderboard, order, and history data created through the app.
  • Basic technical data such as device, browser, page events, logs, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To provide private execution, route orders, reserve executors, process deposits, and settle swaps.
  • To show balances, quotes, swap status, notifications, history, orders, referrals, points, and leaderboard position.
  • To prevent abuse, debug failures, secure the relay, enforce access controls, and improve reliability.
  • To communicate product updates, support responses, or service notices when you contact us or opt into notifications.

On-chain and third-party services

  • Solana transactions are public and may be processed by RPC providers, wallets, exchanges, liquidity venues, and infrastructure partners.
  • Wallet providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, database providers, and communication tools may process limited data under their own policies.
  • Cloak is designed to reduce visible linkage during execution, but no blockchain system can make public chain activity completely private.

Sharing and retention

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We share information only when needed to run the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or complete a transaction you request.
  • We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or security requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records.

Your choices

  • You can disconnect your wallet, change settings, update your display name, or stop using Cloak at any time.
  • You may request deletion or correction of off-chain account data where legally and technically possible.
  • Some records, including public blockchain data and required security logs, may not be removable.

Security

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for off-chain systems.
  • No service is perfectly secure. Keep your wallet, seed phrase, device, and browser extensions protected.
  • Cloak will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
